Real Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Management consultant to work for a top tier bank in London.
The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of those books including partner relationship management, contract renewal, P&L performance and product and partner strategy.

Ability to use market and commercial insights to develop commercial strategy
Strong relationship management skills - ability to work closely with clients/partners and deliver win/win solutions

External market awareness - ability to analyse competitor/market developments and formulate a response
Customer focus - understanding of customer franchise and subsequent loyalty
