Real Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Management consultant to work for a top tier bank in London.

The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of those books including partner relationship management, contract renewal, P&L performance and product and partner strategy.

Key Skill set;

Ability to use market and commercial insights to develop commercial strategy

Strong relationship management skills - ability to work closely with clients/partners and deliver win/win solutions

Influencing, relationship and communication skills

External market awareness - ability to analyse competitor/market developments and formulate a response

Customer focus - understanding of customer franchise and subsequent loyalty

A self motivated team player who is able to define, structure and prioritise work for self who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate

Ability to quickly establish solid working relationships with diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally

Self - starter who naturally assumes ownership of initiatives

Able to adapt quickly to a new environment and rapidly assume a position of leadership

Positive, "can do" attitude- determination to succeed even in challenging business circumstances

Ability to operate well within a changing/evolving internal environment
