Main details for the role -

As customers visit these centres around the world, they expect a great level of service from the moment they arrive until they leave. The Customer Care Analyst will have a key role in ensuring a great experience for customers who visit the head office -

Working with specialists and sales teams, the customer care analyst will organize daily customer events and ensure all elements of the customer experience are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Preparation for customer visits to the site
  • Management of customer surveys
  • Oversee of Solution Centre rooms and labs on a daily basis to ensure they are customer ready
  • Dealing with account teams on visit logistics (hotel bookings and arranging transports)
  • Dealing with on-site catering facilities
  • Solution Centre Asset Management
  • Preparation of training events
  • Management of inbound and outbound shipping functions

Skills required:

  • Comfortable working with desktops, printers and projectors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organised and pro-active
  • Customer focused
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
