We are currently searching for an Engineering Manager for one of our clients based in Switzerland. Due to an expansion in their product line, they are looking ot expand their teams again which has resulted in this opportunity / position.The Job description / tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
Team Leadership: recruiting, coaching of team members, motivation of team, resolving resourcing issues, organizing external resources
Overall project management and portfolio management: preparing quotes, schedules and resource planning, definition of research projects
Strategy and Roadmap definition
Technical interfacing to customers and subcontractor, including approval of technical project documents and making customer presentations
Budget planning
Your ideal Education/Experience:
University / FH Degree in Electronics or related
Minimum 10 years of experience in analogue integrated circuit design
Inspiring and motivating personality
Team player
Communication skills and proficiency in English
