Proteus europe are currently looking for an experienced System Analyst for one of my clients based in ItalyFluent Italian Speaking Required.
Relevant Experience (Yrs) :
Work Experience of 2+ years, including experience of team management.
Technical/Functional Skills :
Possess work experience on S95 Level 0 and Level 1 manufacturing devices (e.g. Camera, Label Printer, Handheld scanners, triggers etc.)
Exposure to functionality of SCADA system, Vision Stations, MES, and on Packaging Line operations (optional).
Must possess working Experience with Systems Management (disaster recovery, problem management, incident management etc.).
Excellent management and organizational skills are essential. Must have experience of managing a large number of different individuals with varying styles, issues, and complexity and to independently manage workload and adjust priorities as needed.
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and influence are necessary. Ability to provide leadership to others, to appropriately network across a wide variety of internal and external experts.
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to articulate issues and to provide written materials that may be needed for external training and/or communication of IT plans
Should be comfortable working in different shifts (Day as well as Night)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Leverage implementation opportunities at site to enhance knowledge of SES Solution and use the gained knowledge to train new resources as well as to provide enhanced qualitative on-site maintenance and support.
Perform Root Cause Analysis, suggest and implement solutions to resolve issues permanently
Coordinate with various internal and external software OEM vendors to seamlessly manage the escalation of support issues as they arise
Assess technical problems; proposed optimized, effective and well-documented solutions.
For new deployment on any new packaging line on the site, actively participate during solution deployment planning, execution, training and post implementation, provide steady state support
Manage support team to address their concerns
Coordinate with Site Management team and report them the weekly/monthly status of support performance
Generic Managerial Skills:
Should have good team skills
Should be able to build relationship with end users working at manufacturing shop floor.
Education :
Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience
