My NHS client is currently has requirements for a Nurse Assessor's within Continuing Healthcare, Mental Health and Learning Disability departments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing team within an NHS organisation and to be based in the East Midlands. This interim contract is currently for a 3 month duration however there is potential to extend past the 3 months.The successful Nurse Assessor must have the below experience -
- Experience of working within a Continuing Healthcare team as a Nurse Assessor
- Experience of working within an NHS/Private Healthcare organisation as a Disability Nurse Assessor
- The successful Nurse Assessor must have experience of live case management and retrospective case management
- The successful Nurse Assessor must be experienced in communications and Stakeholder management/engagement
- The Nurse Assessor's must be either a RGN, RMN or a registered Learning Disability Nurse
- Experience in relation to working on DST's would be desirable
- As a Nurse Assessor you must have experience of working on complex continuing Healthcare cases
This role does require an immediate start and my client is open to looking at part time interim as well as full time.
