An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to work on a 9 month project with one of our Higher Education clients.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar position, ideally within the HE sector, but not essential, providing high level technical leadership and support to customers and departments.
Skills Required:
- Proven record of proactive support, maintenance and development of Corporate Applications
- Variety of analysis and programming skills including SQL Server and SSIS packages
- Worked in an ITIL Environment, solid knowledge of back up and disaster recovery methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers, and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience.
