Description
Our client requires a senior Change Manager to assist with a major corporate and IT systems rationalisation project. You will have worked on large scale projects involving enterprise wide Organisational change at a strategic and design level. Candidates will need to demonstrate a proven track record of successful delivery on large scale change projects, with exemplary communications skills across users from the shop floor to the boardroom.
This is an initial 3 month contract for the planning phase of the project, which will then likely be extended for a further 12 months as the execution phase of the project is adopted.
