RED is currently seeking SAP HCM Consultants for a contract opportunity based in the Oklahoma, OK for a 4 month project.
Your responsibilities will include configuring benefits solution in developing and leading blueprint sessions (with a process-driven approach) for 401K and Deferred Compensation.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- 5+ years of experience in core SAP - HCM process consulting
- 5+ years of SAP Benefits experience
- 3+ full-life cycle implementations (at least 2 implementation as a Benefits lead)
Excellent communication skills (English) and motivation to join a dynamic, international team is required.
