My Client, a FTSE 100 company, is looking for a Communications Analyst on an initial 3 month contract.

The Communications Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive Internal Communications strategy as well as additional employee engagement initiatives. The position will support the execution of an effective communications strategy to all stakeholders.

The Communications Analyst will be responsible for driving forward the data online community and engage with users. They will also be responsible for creating a new data validation toolkit.

This is a hands on role and the incumbent will be expected to work independently.

This person will be responsible for:
* Strategic multi-channel internal communications planning and implementation
* Implementation of communications best practice and standards - both traditional and digital
* Change management communications during periods of significant organisational and cultural change
* The design, build and curation of intranets and other digital channels

Educational Requirements
*Bachelors Degree, preferably in a communications related field

Experience Requirements
*3-5 years of Communications experience
*Internal Communications experience, strongly preferred
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and/or sensitive business information
*Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organisation as well as external contacts
*Superior interpersonal skills
