Fire Engine RED is looking for a Contract Quality Assurance Analyst for the complete review and auditing of client & internal creative materials.
Note: This is NOT a traditional software QA Analyst role, this is a QA role focused on copy.
We’re looking for an eagle-eyed perfectionist to help our team deliver an unrivaled user experience for our products and services.
This role will include the review of:
- Marketing copy–Design files
- Electronic materials (emails, online applications, and online forms)
- Print pieces (letters, envelopes, brochures, self-mailers, and posters)

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years experience in marketing, communication, or design production.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication/reporting skills.

- Exceptional attention to details and deadlines, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Great appreciation for end-user perception and experience.
- Basic knowledge of applicable software including Adobe Acrobat, Apple OS, Google Documents, and Microsoft Office products.
- Availability for weekend and/or night work as needed and scheduled.
- Ability to work on a remote basis.
