Job Title: Finance Business PartnerEmployer: NHS Trust
Location: Home Counties
Rate: £ per day
Contract: 3-6 months
Real Staffing are working on behalf of a NHS Trust in the home counties which requires a Finance Business Partner to support the organisation through a period of change, It is therefore essential that candidates have a proven ability to work under minimal supervision and with a hands-on approach to management accounting.
The successful candidate will be required to provide extensive support to the Senior Managers and will be operating on a full time basis. The substantive position has been graded at a band 8A level however given the demanding nature of the role they are looking for interims.
The daily rate will be negotiable and reflected by the quality and experience of the successful applicant.
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate all of the following essential criteria:
- Qualified Accountant
- Management Accounts experience
- Accurate Budgets
- Operate at a band 8A
- Challenging and motivated
- Working with non financial managers costing projects which may include business cases, cost improvement programmes or QIPP
- Work alongside and assist Senior Financial Staff
