Our Glasgow based public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join this newly formed area and take the lead on EU procurement projects ( OJEU ). The post holder will also be leading tender evaluations of complex requirements and supporting, planning and leading significant procurement projects. Background in Energy Efficiency would be a benefit.
