Description
Scrum Master with MDM Informatica experience
Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximise productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
Responsibilites:
- Support the Product Owner(s).
- Remove the obstacles or impediments faced by the team in its work
- Coach the team members - specially in adopting Agile practices
- Mentor the team members to adopt truly Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management and empowerment
- Create a collaborative environment which allows the team and clients to interact closely
- Plan the team's meetings like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective
- Helps in tracking the team's progress daily in the Sprints
- Capturing Sprint metrics
3 months plus extension.
