My client is looking for an experienced MI Analyst to gather, organise and maintain management information for the KYC Operations leadership team to enable them to make more informed management decisions about the function. Utilising specialist MI generating tools, they will create reports on performance monitoring KPIs, capacity measures, workflow metrics and departmental analysis.

Core accountabilities:
* Run queries to extract data from source databases
* Create Excel spreadsheets & build Access databases to generate MI
* Generate reports and data extracts using Cognos querying tools
* Stakeholder Management across KYC and Regulatory teams
* Ensure data is presentable and easily to manipulate to stakeholders' specifications
* Manage errors and continuity issues arising from data anomalies, erroneous or lost data, broken formulas etc
* Fulfil adhoc reporting requests
* Use data to provide user friendly reports and stakeholder communications

Applicants will be expected to have:
* Relevant experience as an MI Analyst
* Expert knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
* Experience of Cognos IBM Business tool
* Proficiency in VB coding
* Knowledge of Siebel 8.1workflow management application and/or experience in SQL coding would be beneficial
