Description
I am looking for an experienced PA to join a top bank based in London. The role will require someone to come on board and help them on a short term basis with the extra Christmas workload. There is a potential for this role to extend, alternatively it may be possible to move into another position within the business.Key responsibilities include:
Communications gatekeeper: be able to prioritise all incoming communications - be they email, telephone, letter or other
Diary management: be able to prioritise and manage requests
Communications production: be able to produce communications, be they from written notes or dictation, and ensure they are sent in an accurate and timely manner.
Travel management: be able to organise travel plans in the most efficient way - minimising the time taken out of the working day.
Ambassador: be able to act as an "ambassador", presenting a relaxed, professional persona in informal communications and discussions in the office environment.
Experience required-
Experienced PA
Financial Services background would be preferred (not essential)
Excellent communication skills
Location: London
Rates- per day (initial 1 month with scope to extend)
