Service Desk Team Leader - Chelmsford - Windows, Lync, Exchange
Square One are looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to come on board for a 3 month rolling contract based in Chelmsford, Essex.
An opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Team Leader to provide leadership and direction of the Service Desk team on a day to day basis. You will work closely with the Service Desk Manager and other Team Leaders to continuously improve the service provided by the Service Desk using analysis and data available in the team, with focus on improving the customer experience. The Service Desk Team Leader will also work closely with the broader IS Department and third party suppliers to provide an end to end Incident Management function
The Team Leader role will initially involve ensuring that all new processes and procedures are fit for purpose and ensure that customer requests that pass through the Service Desk are meeting customer needs and exceeding SLA's. You will also be required to closely manage and develop staff as well as looking to continually improve the service offered by the desk Team Leaders will be expected to be involved in bringing new service in to the Service Desk as the scope of the service offered by the Service Desk expands.
Skills and Experience
You will be able to demonstrate experience of leading an operational IT team supporting the following technologies;
Windows 7/8
Active Directory
Exchange Administration
MS Office 2010
Lync
'sharepoint
Multi platform applications
ITIL Foundation Qualification
Extensive use and development of IT Service Management Tools
Experience of working to KPI's and SLA's
Demonstrate the ability to input into CSI initiatives to streamline and improve services offered to our customers
This is a 3 month rolling contract based in Chelmsford paying market rates starting on 5th December 2014.
