A Highly motivated and NHS Professional is required for the improvement of clinical quality, patient safety and experience to the Trusts division.

You will
You will facilitate and monitor progress of clinical improvement initiatives supporting ward teams to take forward service improvement activities To lead in the delivery of the Nursing Strategy to ensure best in NHS care.
As the Clinical Lead you will develop and implement evidence based policies/ procedures/ guidelines within own speciality
Identify and manage potential clinical risk document accidents, incidents and losses
will maintain the highest standards of clinical care, achieved by providing strong and visible leadership whilst embedding and driving new initiatives and developments in line with the Trusts strategies and Governance Agenda.
