A good Senior Sharepoint Developer will have experience leading a team, negotiating and taking requirements from stakeholders and implementing Sharepoint farms. You will be teaching staff how to maintain and modify the application alongside adding functionalities and working on a full life-cycle projects. A great Senior Sharepoint Developer will have experience in working as the sole Sharepoint Developer implementation and architecture.
