As a recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:
  • Market Mapping - identifying businesses and managers which require the candidates you source.
  • Business Development - Networking and building relationships through cold calling, face2face meetings and effective marketing.
  • Sourcing Candidates - Identifying the best candidates in your market by headhunting, networking and using our extensive database
  • Negotiation & Closing - Achieving the best Commercial outcomes for both the client, SThree and yourself!!
