Work with Network Services and site leads to gather site and user information, globally. Collaborate with site leads and project management to document any special calling requirements (intercom, ringdown, e-proof, security, life safety). Sanitize and template the information to be used by Verizon to bulk load into Cisco Unified Call Manager. Assist with site readiness assessment and migration prioritization and planning. Review CUCM configurations and voice gateway configurations on edge Routers. Assist with test plan development and execution. Assist with circuit documentation and inventory.
