Project Manager Requirement
Must have experience managing large enterprise complex projects on a tight timeline. The deadline must be met as well as delivering on the requirements.
Must be flexible and able to use non-standard project management software.
Must be flexible and able to use non-standard collaboration tools.
Must have 5+ years of Project Management Experience
Must demonstrated ability to work with Management, End users, other project managers and MS server developers (including off-shore).
Must understand mainframe technology and have proficiencies in all aspects.

Xpediter/DevEnterprise (a Plus)
Must be willing and able to function as the business analyst and QA resource as well as meeting facilitation and taking minutes.
Must have extensive experience in IT, Business and Finance.
Must have strong negotiating and problem solving skills.
Must be strong in writing requirements and analytical thinking.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Interview will include behavior based questions about your previous work experience and develop into technical discussions throughout the interview. For example: Tell me about the largest project you managed. What were your challenges and how did you address them? Tell me about dependencies, and how do you prioritize your tasks.
