Change Manager/Marketing/Media/Broadcast

As a Change Manager, to work with the M&A change team to scope, you will plan and embed new ways of working in Marketing and Audiences. Working with stakeholders within the programme and across the wider organisation, you will be responsible for all aspects of change from defining the more detailed 'to be' operating model, transition planning and embedding the new system capability to deliver direct marketing campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis.

Key Project Accountabilities

  • Manage further development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) to define level 2 and 3 processes.
  • Support the insights team with embedding insights in the marketing processes.
  • Socialise the Target Operating Model with key programme and divisional stakeholders to achieve consensus.
  • Develop and manage the stakeholder map for Direct Engagement.
  • Work with M&A change programme to build and manage transition stage change plans to deliver the Target Operating Model for Direct Engagement.
  • Define and execute communication plans in support of the change plan.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrate passion for and deep knowledge of direct and digital marketing as an experienced practitioner.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel.
  • Strong process modelling skills and a deep understanding of the practical implementation of marketing Operating Models.
  • Hands-on practical knowledge of multichannel campaign management solutions, social tools and executing multi-channel campaigns.
