Our financial services client based in Cheshire is looking for MI & Service Introduction Manager.
The Service Introduction Manager will help with the control needed to hand over sites from project to BAU support. The role will include gathering MI and show a site has passed the warranty criteria.
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong Service Introduction experience
- Organise high volumes of information from multiple sources, and track progress against service acceptance criteria.
- Previous financial services experience
- Confident in challenging senior PM's to ensure information required is obtained by deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills to facilitate agreements between project and BAU teams to accept transfer of service.
- Data manipulation to calculate SLA and identify trends from CSV file formats.
- Convert information received into a summary report to show progress made and highlight challenges.

- SharePoint
- SQL
This is initially a 3 months contract paying £400-£425pd.
