RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the requirements definition and creation of a supply plan that meets the needs of the clinical trial project.
  • Ensure that aspects of clinical supply planning and documentation meet the organisational objectives.
  • Maintain a forecast of supplies and process changes to the supplies requirements as agreed with the project teams.
  • Determine correct configurations and when necessary alternatives.
  • Point of contact for project teams in relation to trial supplies providing updates as necessary.
  • Monitor and alert on supplies that are at risk based on agreed trigger levels.
  • Assess changes for impact to supply continuation and respond to any identified short falls / exposures.
  • Monitor & communicate quality & shipments holds & any recalls that affect clinical trials (in planning or operational).
  • Raise purchase requisitions and submit purchase orders to suppliers as necessary.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Our client requires a recent graduate or entry level candidate with 1-2 years experience in a clinical function in the industry or a university setting.
  • The minimum education is a H.N.D or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of ICH / GCP Guidelines
  • Fluency in English is essential (other languages desirable)
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Project desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised taking responsibility for own actions.
  • Systematically perform activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
