6 month plus contract for IT Support Analyst with Basic knowledge of Java, read and understand. SQL, modify and write queries, Monitoring tools, Remedy, report creation, incident management. Good verbal and written communications skills.
Candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing incident resolutions for company website.
Also responsible for provide performance reports, assist business users with error issues.
