SAP Organisational Design Manager/Role Mapping/Global Template Programme
Our client a Global FTSE Organisation are looking for an Organisational Design Manager to play a leading role in developing the organisational design framework for SAP. You will also manage the development of core organisation realignment tools and templates; create organisation design interventions for deployment teams and to own the on-going maintenance and sustainability of SAP ERP role alignment.
Key experience:
- In depth knowledge of organisation design methodologies and SAP ERP role mapping best practice
- Evidenced experience of managing top-down and bottom-up ERP organisation realignment for a major transformation programme
- Ability to translate business requirements into a workable alignment strategy and plan
- Ability to manage and produce materials for deployment teams to manage their own mapping
- Ability to maintain and sustain SAP ERP roles governance
- Ability to translate process implications into business-oriented mitigations
- Strong knowledge of processes relating to manufacturing and operations, finance, supply chain and logistics, customer relationship management, procurement and master data
