Role: Mechanical Design Engineer
Contract: 2-4 days per week - 1 to 3 months (Likely chance of extension)
Location: Cambridge, UK
Start date: ASAP
Rate: £300-£400 per day

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the design, specification and contract construction of the outer cases and mechanical aspects of our client's wireless products.
Experience required:
- Min. 5 years mechanical engineering experience in electronics enclosure design - products for low, medoi, and high production volumes.
- 3D CAD
- SolidWorks
- Up to date engineering materials knowledge
- Heat dissipation and environmental requirements for indoor and outdoor equipment.
- RF, EMC Shielding
- Manufacturing process
Education:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
