Finance Officer
Position Holder Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering invoices accurately onto the AP/AR ledgers in a timely manner to meet Government Prompt Payment targets and SLA's.
- Query resolution through interaction with business areas, external suppliers or customers.
- Reviewing information for quality; identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Ensuring the correct accounting treatment of adjustments and transactions.
- Using Oracle Financials for data entry and analysis.
- Producing high-quality and accurate outputs to time and quality.
- Working flexibly across the team and adapting direction quickly in order to meet changing priorities and demands.
- Providing administrative support across Financial Accounts when required.

- Basic knowledge of excel (is able to set up basic spreadsheets)

- Understands how to use the basic input and output features of the accounting software
