SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER - 6 MONTHS - SOUTH COAST

Type: 6 Month Contract

Rate: up to £400 per day (experience dependant)

Location: South Coast

Start Date: ASAP

Computer Futures are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Senior Network Engineer for a world wide market leader in the South Coast area. My client requires you to evaluate, design, implement, and maintain local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and servers both regionally and globally (as needed). You will collaborate with end users and department managers regarding system, network and voice related problems.

Key Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Cisco technologies involved in telecommunications and internal Server/PC networks, as well as connections to and usage of LAN and WAN technologies.
  • CCNA, CCNP (CCIE is desired, however not essential)
  • URL, River bed technologies
  • F5 Load Balancers
  • Ability to communicate and interact effortlessly with internal "customers" and colleagues at local and international level.
  • Excellent project management skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong problem analysis skills
  • Positive customer service attitude
  • Ability to work as a cohesive team both on a global basis.
  • Excellent Project leadership, learning and communications skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of company's objectives and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Ability to learn new products (technologies) and take on ownership.
