*Regulatory Controls Analyst, Investment Banking-St Paul's-Maternity Cover*
Globally, Bank of America Merrill Lynch serves clients and customers in more than 150 countries and has relationships with 99 percent of the U.S. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Regulatory Controls Analyst who ideally has knowledge and understanding of an investment bank and has strong regulatory reporting experience.
Overview of Role:
*Critical initiative for the firm in an area of increasing industry focus
*Significant interaction across the regulatory finance, control and infrastructure teams.
*Good potential for an articulate, control focused investment banking/corporate banking finance candidate
Responsibilities:
*Understand current regulatory calculation and reporting processes and identify required controls
*Determine required documentation and governance over control operation and develop plans to ensure that this operates
*Work with Regulatory Finance team to implement required documentation and governance.
Essential Skills
*Experience in designing and operating control processes within a Investment Firm/Corporate Banking environment
*Good communicator - both orally and in writing - ability to quickly understand complex processes and document controls
*Ability to work across multiple teams
Nice to have
*Highly desirable to have some exposure to CRDIV and infrastructure processes
