Looking for your next SAP FICO Contract? A leading global consultancy business is looking to engage a seasoned SAP FICO consultant to join their team on a contractual basis to work within an IT shared service organisation to implement SAP projects for a multinational FMCG organisation. The Role is to support a project team within ERP FICO area.
SAP FICO Consultant - ERP - MM - SD - FMCG - 6 Month Contract
Role and Responsibilities
- Supporting the project manager for the implementation of cross functional SAP projects, on time and with minimal business disruption by:
- Applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems.
- Manage and/or perform the design, testing and application of SAP systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
- Work with remote key users to capture requirements for project data loading
- Write specifications for data load programs and liaise with programmers to develop and test robust tools
- Support key users to develop templates for data loading and subsequent reconciliations
- Perform configuration changes as needed
- Provide post go-live support to key users
Business & Technical Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in one or more of the SAP/FICO areas (FI-GL/FI-AR/FI-AP/FI-AA/CO-CCA. CO-PC, CO-PA)
- Completed at least one full life cycle implementation and a high level understanding of the integration points between the FI/CO modules above and MM and SD modules
- Ability to work remotely with key users across Europe
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent Numeric, Diagnostic and Analysis Skills
- Candidate should be highly motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should come from a strong Analytical background
- Must possess the ability to work within a team environment and have a strong customer focus
