IT-Infrastructure Designer (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Design IT-infrastructure solutions & architecture (according to company’s architecture standards; focusing on optimization and cost-reduction objectives; in coordination with other teams: Network, Server-/Storage-/DB-optimization, capacity Management, Operations, etc…)
- Establish cost estimations and business cases, obtain appropriate budget approvals
- Act as Project Manager to lead complex feasibility studies involving several departments
- Support the client dealing with re-structuring issues, including the definition of ITIL-based processes
- Develop and support the development of tools to increase quality and productivity of the design teams
Your qualifications
- Experience with infrastructure projects, to deploy [some of] the following components: HP servers (x86), Virtual servers (ESX / Vmware), Cloud Computing, Data Center Automation (Accenture-BMC solution), Storage: EMC, Databases: Oracle 11g (Administrator experience is a plus), MS-SQL
- Project Management (no certification required)
- ITIL foundation
