Provide systems engineering, technical expertise and network engineering expertise to design, install, and configure the LAN and network infrastructure services.
Job responsibilities include installing and configuring Routers, Switches, wireless controllers and access points, load balancers, and network infrastructure services (AAA, DNS, DHCP, NTP, NAC) to support 5000 users in 4 security domains. This includes solutions specifications, systems build, deployment, support, and product life cycle management. Heavy emphasis will be placed on successful Information Assurance remediation and compliance.
This position will be responsible for analysing, implementing, and troubleshooting production networks. Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, wireless controllers, NAC, and management software, Palo Alto and Juniper Firewalls, and Citrix NetScalers in a secure environment is preferred.
This Network Engineer is also responsible for embracing and demonstrating proactive behaviors in all aspects of job responsibilities and position.

" Proven expertise and related professional level work experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, and Wireless LAN Controllers
" Knowledge and experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS.
" Experience with design, development, implementation and troubleshooting of Network infrastructures, routing and switching configurations.
" Experience with Microsoft Server 2012 R2 DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and AD.
" Proven Network Engineering Professional, successfully working in a challenging and diverse environment.
" Proficient in network infrastructure security.
" Proficient with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
" Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Identity Service Engine
" Knowledge/experience with network security scanning applications
" Experience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides
" Network and IA certifications are a plus (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP)
" Experience with Citrix NetScalers, Palo Alto and Juniper Firewalls
