Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and gather information from global business process and IT system owners globally as directed regarding internal processes used within the company.
  • Document as is state for processes in word and process flows as appropriate.
  • Identify contacts to work with, conduct meetings with contacts, publish meeting minutes capturing discussion topics and action items for process redesigns.
  • Coordinate with business process and IT system owners globally to gather information as required for process redesigns.
  • Create projects, timelines, and goals for process redesigns.
  • Ensure commitment from internal groups for project deliverables to support projects timelines and goals.
  • Review facts and assist with determining next steps in process redesigns.
  • Recognize and highlight potential problem areas against the project plan and identify alternative strategies.
  • Assist with communications and training for process redesigns.
  • Manage weekly status updates for management team.
