Description
The candidate will be involved in the production and characterization of monoclonal antibodies. Responsibilities include performing immunizations and cell fusions and testing the antibodies by the Elisa assay. Cell line subcloning, cell banking, small scale antibody production, data analysis and FACS analysis.SKILLS:
Skills necessary would include tissue culture and in vivo work. The most critical skills needed are being able to work alongside other people in the group and to be able to contribute to a learning environment. Sterile tissue culture is the number one thing that is necessary for our work. Local candidate preferred. Word and excel for computer skills would be good.
