For a six months project at our banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for aSenior Project Manager for Client Life Cycle Management (2522)
As an internationally operating Global Bank, our client aims at providing a holistic view on client data and implementing a new application landscape to support this. In light of the Client Reference Data (CRD) Program, they require support to facilitate changes in its operating model and application landscape (focus on Swiss platform).
Within the PBWM CRD Program Switzerland department, the contractor will support CS by providing services to the Client Reference Data team. This includes contributing to:
Client Lifecycle Process Design (80%):
> Process design of client lifecycles
> Implementation of these processes in the new IT landscape using workflow tools
> Definition of business rules and workflows
Project Management (20%):
> Engaging with key stakeholders in the PBWM, Tax Operations, Client ID Operations and General Council departments
> Support in maintaining a project approach and task list, contribute to project governance
> Interface with consultants, partners and clients to determine the above requirements and problem solving strategies
The ideal candidate is expected to have the following profile:
> Experienced Senior Project Manager with focus on execution and delivery
> Detailed Client Life Cycle management experience (Onboarding, Maintenance, Closure)
> Experience with Target Operating Model Design with a focus on process modelling
> Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
> Ability to align and partner with external and internal stakeholders
> Ability to lead and develop junior project team members
> Workflow configuration and implementation experience (preferable Appway)
> Outstanding presentation skills (PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
