Description
Responsibilities:This position works collaboratively with suppliers and multiple business division functions to address and resolve supplier issues in order to achieve business unit metrics using root cause and corrective action (RCCA).
Leads tactical and strategic work to develop supplier value stream maps and to develop supplier plans for every part as appropriate.
This position works on project teams to improve material flow and to prepare suppliers to respond to pull triggers.
This position leads teams to address day-to-day supplier constraints and to improve supplier performance and their flexibility to rapidly respond to Customer requirements.
Leads teams to deploy pull replenishment at supplier facilities, including supplier inventory sizing activities.
Leads the Supply Chain Planning Process with suppliers by providing leadership to project teams.
Potential travel up to 50% - 75%.
