Education Business Expert
Education Business Expert required by my client in Riyadh, KSA a Special Education facility, for a 10 day initial project.
You will need:
- Proven experience in special education area
- Familiar with services provided in special education eg. Early intervention, Special Education (SEN), Therapy, and Psychology and Behaviour
- Familiar with operations of special education institutions
Tasks
- Audit and evaluate the organizational and operational effectiveness
- Analyze and evaluate the contracts which the centre operates under and assess the performance and contract compliance of the current operator
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and management capabilities of the management team
- Devise a remediation plan with measures to close any gaps discovered as a result of the analysis along with a realistic time plan/roadmap
- Provide a model of best practice that my client can use for Special Education Support Services in other centers which could be used in future
My client will provide all expenses for this project
