Oracle Database Administrator/SQL/Oracle/Unix/RDBMS
Key Skills:
- Technical skills in one or more of the following domains:
- 5 years experience in Oracle RDBMS administration on Unix systems
- Experience in database support in mission critical environments with appropriate certification
- Good skills in database tuning
- Oracle 11g, 12c, MySQL, RMAN, EM Grid Control, PL/SQL
- Strong Unix/Linux Shell Scripting skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of French will ease the communication
Additional skills in one or more of the following areas will be considered as an advantage:
- Oracle Dataguard, Oracle RAC, ASM, PHP, Indepth, EMC TimeFinder, Veritas Cluster, NetBackup and Volume Manager.
About the role:
- Administration of Oracle & MySQL databases in testing and development environments
- Database monitoring and tuning.
- Maintain database backup and recovery procedures.
- Technical and Functional support of internal and external users of this infrastructure
