IT Services Management Specialist
4 month contract
A large Irish company, based in north Dublin, are offering a brilliant opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual. This positioned is centred on implementing a new IT service management toolset across three service desks. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Service Delivery Management team and technical teams, as well as with supplier and project teams, utilising the following processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Fulfillment, Event Management, Supplier Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
Required Experience/Knowledge
5+ Years' Experience in IT Service Management
ITIL Service Management V3 Expert
Experience with implementing ITSM tool sets.
Experience with IT Service Desk consolidation and harmonisation
Experience of working as part of a programme team with multiple disciplines as an ITSM subject matter expert (SME)
