Our financial services client based in Cheshire is looking for a Service Analyst who will be responsible for looking at the new requests to be processed and implemented into the in-house system.
Essentials skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working as a Services Analyst
- Experience of reviewing support processes
- Can read and interpret process diagrams, identifying tasks required and handover points
- Experience in implementing new workflow processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very good Excel skills
- Previous financial services experience would be beneficial
This is a 3 months contract initially paying £250-£275pd.
