Description
Submit data from the consultation into the vendor system to create search marketing products and images, and addition information to the vendor.- Responsible for daily consultation with advertisers utilizing knowledge of the Internet and advertising principles via in-bound and out-bound phone calls, e-mail and faxes.
- Work assignments are received from within the Group after each order has been checked by a Verification representative.
- Manage workload by monitoring progress of the fulfillment process in order to achieve defined timeline commitments to advertisers and Sales.
- All work is based within a specified timeline that requires various multitasking skills to reach required deadlines.
- Address Advertiser's Internet/landing page design or fulfillment process question.
- Serve as liaison between advertiser and vendor.
- Develop, organize and submit customized content packet with advertisers information for product design by a vendor.
- Ability for critical thinking and data analysis.
- Accurately enter advertiser information into proprietary system.
- Provide impeccable customer service during the course of each advertiser engagement.
- Coordinate advertiser training based on advertiser needs; coordinate tasks to exceed advertiser expectation.
- Contribute to written policies/procedures for training.
- Work collaboratively with sales and support staff to ensure proper fulfillment and seamless communications with advertiser.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively and jointly to proved an excellent customer service experience.
Mandatory: A significant understanding of the Internet and Internet advertising principles is required
