We are looking to recruit a Risk Manager to work within a large financial services organisation in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk manager and it is essential that they have strong knowledge of Mortgage products. The successful candidate will provide support and deliver large scale regulatory changes.
Role accountabilities;
- Apply controls to ensure early identification of possible risks.
- Support the business in managing and mitigating risks.
- Deliver process improvements.
- Challenge and influence senior stakeholders, effectively building and maintaining relationships.
- Deliver change and improvements.
- Comply with national regulatory and business regulatory standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience;
- Mortgage experience
- Evidence of effective risk management and control
- Excellent communication skills
