Manning Global is looking for a Capacity Analyst, on behalf of our prestigious telecommunications client, to be based in UK.
The applicant must be eligible to work in the EU.

Position Title: Capacity Analyst

Responsible for the capacity analysis and support of a mobile circuit and packet core network, alongside a BSS ICT system
- Responsible for the capacity analysis and support
- Propose the enhanced capacity plan for the IT and core systems operations against the business forecast
- Summarize technical reports relating to the application and infrastructure environment, including system performance, core capacity, application capacity, and infrastructure capacity
- Identify system capacity against forecasted peak time business volume
- Identify capacity to limits to meet demand, volume, and performance KPIs

Required Skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in EE, CS, or CE
- 7+ years of experience in software capacity management, specifically BSS, mobile circuit, and packet core technologies
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications
- In­depth technical knowledge in telecom managed services
- Strong cross cultural communication skills
