On behalf of our prestigious international Telecommunications client, we seek a Web Consultant CRM (x2).Position Title: Web Consultant CRM
Number of positions: 2
Report to: WEB CRM Team Manager
Location: Weybridge, UK
Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours/week; some evening and weekend work may be required. Some travel may be required for emergencies on projects.
Purpose
The main responsibility of the role is to coordinate, support and maintain CRM applications including major service module monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day support and coordinate users with operation /
development team of existing applications.
- Must have good understanding about basics web application. internals and database, network knowledge will be a plus
- Service desk requests.
- Frequent business trips.
Dimensions
- No. of users: circa 3K
- No. of Samsung Electronics European subsidiaries: 17+
Experience
- Minimum 5 years Java project/maintenance experience preferably with in a large and challenging multi-national organization
- Basic experience in web application (asp.net, java, php) development / operation
Requirements
- Degree in a Business or Computer related discipline.
- Advanced programming skills – Java, MVC, Maven, Hibernate
- Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Active MQ project experience
- HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS
- Linux, Windows server
- MS-SQL 2012, SSIS database implementation ,support and administration
- Performance tuning experience
- Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
- Self starter, able to work under own initiative
- Cultural awareness
- Self-study and share the knowledge with team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to handle frequent business trip requests
- Well presented, professional and dedicated
- Good team player
