Quality and Incident Manager with Development Background
Quality and Incident Manager with understanding of SQL, PL/SQL development sought for a long term contract opportunity of 12 Months based in Copenhagen/Denmark.
As part of a team dealing with Quality and Incident Management in DevOps, the task are;
- Follow up on IT production
- Give valuable feedback to IT Management and business stakeholders
- Help to ensure Quality improvements
- Participate in daily scrum meetings
The ideal candidate for this role, should have the following skill set;
- Structured Quality/Incident Manager with many years' experience within large technical environments.
- Ability to identify problems on a detailed level
- Ability to transform issues into manageable sizes, collect estimates as well as coordinate with developers and follow-up on activities.
- Act in hectic situations with overview and long-term perspective
- Interact with different level stakeholders, both IT and Business.
- Technical/Developer background or in general good development understanding
- Understanding of SQL (PL/SQL) would be preferable
- Experience in IT Service Management - Primarily with Problem Management
- Drive and positive attitude
- Fluent Business Level English language
