Description
My financial services client is looking for an experienced Financial Manager.
Role:
Support delivery of annual FRCF cycle and ensure that FRCF Methodology and Approach is being applied to AGC processes consistently and appropriately;
Perform the half annual scoping/risk assessment and present results to the senior management for validation
Provide support as necessary on documentation of processes in scope in accordance with FRCF requirements;
Support reporting to senior stakeholders on FRCF progress and issues identified in AGC, specifically provide input into the papers to AGC Deficiency Assessment Committee or an equivalent governance body;
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Overall mix of accounting and audit skills including:
Business analysis skills, including accuracy under time pressure
IT skills
Understanding of financial control disciplines
Strong process excellence
Delivery in an environment of change
Delivery to very high qualitative standards
Proactive stakeholder management skills
Customer service and delivery focus
EXPERIENCE
Broad business experience
Experience in the application and operation of financial controls, including exposure to Sarbanes Oxley
Experience of delivery within a large multinational group
Experience in leading change through organisations
