Job Description:
The Campaigns Operations Consultant has end-to-end responsibility for campaign measurement and reporting, as well as management of systems and technologies that drive productive measurement and execution. This role blends the technical aptitude of sales and marketing systems with a passion for actionable analysis and continuous improvement of Marketing data, processes, and technology.
The Campaigns Operations Consultant must be a strategic thinker and problem solver who understands that marketing, sales, and processes have to work together. This individual is comfortable working with data, building reports, and analysing info from different systems to show how we're performing. He/she should excel at data analysis and will be an integral member of the marketing team; helping to provide recommendations on what needs to be done to improve processes and marketing ROI

Responsibilities include:
Develop and drive a plan for accuracy, timely processing of data, KPIs for campaign effectiveness and efficiencies.
Develop key marketing campaigns reporting mechanisms, dashboards and reports
Work with the campaigns team leadership to devise marketing metrics and analytics to measure all aspects of marketing eg campaign effectiveness, lead distribution, pipeline contribution, ROI, overall campaign performance.
Analyze SFDC and Aprimo marketing studio campaign data and recommend new business enhancements
Define, develop and optimize global processes as they relate to reporting and analytics, lead management and marketing automation platform
Own the roadmap and collection of business requirements for Verizon's marketing automation system
Investigate and implement new technologies such as decision engine, services and/or vendor solutions to enhance Marketing's capabilities by identifying and implementing requirements, conducting quality assurance testing and identifying performance issues while making suitable recommendations.

Requirements
Project management capabilities - driving projects from inception to completion
Experience and expertise with CRM solutions (SFDC), Marketing Automation Tools (Aprimo Marketing Studio or Eloqua, ideally), and visualization tools such as Domo
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Ability to think strategically, but also have attention to detail in execution
Results-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
Must have budget management experience
Strong expertise in building B2B demand generation strategies and campaigns
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree Required; Masters Degree Preferred
5 to 10 years' experience in marketing; ideally in a marketing operations or sales operation role
Established track record of converting B2B leads to sales
Technology or telecom experience a plus
