EXPERT SAP CRM Utilities
Context the customer is looking to move their old ISU Customer Interaction Center towards CRM 7.0. In this context we are looking to strengthen our CRM core team with an expert in CRM Utilities with prior project experience in setting up a CRM Web Interaction Center for Utilities. The expert should be able
to quickly assess the customer's needs and current system in order to advice the CRM team on the solution direction.
Assignment details
Short assignment, during the period January-March 2015.
One or two weeks Full time or part time, according to availabilities.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience
Experience in integration of SAP CRM and SAP IS-U with CRM Middleware
Experience in configuring SAP CRM contract management, integrated with ISU tariffs
Knowledge of the general concepts of SAP CRM 7 is a prerequisite
Knowledge of SAP CRM Web interaction center for Utilities is an asset
Preferably 5 or more years of experience in CRM and the Utilities sector
Skills
Good business acumen, able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions
