Manning Global is urgently looking for a Quality and Customer Manager, on behalf of one of our telecommunications client, to be based in UK.The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Customer Interfacing: Regular communication with customers to understand needs, expectations, and complaints
- Complaint management: Timely response to customer technical inquiries, escalations, and complaints
- Customer Satisfaction: Identify areas of improvement and initiate short/long term optimization projects to improve upon levels of satisfaction
- Progress Monitoring: regulate internal and external progress and trigger improvements where appropriate
- Onsite Customer Care: Frequent travel to visit customers on site in different countries
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in the telecommunications industry
- Preferred experience in the vendor area (i.e. Ericsson, NSN, Samsung, Huawei, Alcatel)
- 5+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and quality control
- University degree in Telecommunications or IT
- Strong knowledge of quality management
